By accessing or using the website located at goomniflow.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products offered by OMNI FLOW LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

OMNI FLOW LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Montana, United States, with a principal place of business at 127 N Higgins Ave, Ste 307D # 2883, Missoula, MT 59802-4486.

OMNI FLOW LLC operates an online storefront selling premium apparel and lifestyle goods, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, outerwear, bottoms, and accessories (the "Products"). All Products are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Product illustrations, descriptions, weights, and specifications on the Site are provided in good faith and may be refined between production runs. Colors may render differently across screens.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to purchase from us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing (by email) and payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where a Product is mispriced, unavailable, or where we suspect fraud; in such cases any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

While our online checkout is being finalized, orders may be placed by email. Such orders are governed by these Terms in the same way as orders placed through the Site, and no payment is due until we confirm availability, total cost (including shipping), and a secure payment method.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are stated before payment.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as made available at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Full details are available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

OMNI FLOW LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, illustrations, and software — is the exclusive property of OMNI FLOW LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.

Nothing in this section limits the express commitments in our published Refund & Return Policy or your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OMNI FLOW LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OMNI FLOW LLC and its affiliates, members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missoula County, Montana, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Site.
